Hi and welcome!
I originally created this blog in 2018 as a space to share my experiences and reflections on leadership and other interesting things I’m learning.
It was a side-passion project. A place for exploring topics that matter to me, which turned out to be: mindfulness, the vital need for personal solitude (i.e., a daily practice of personal connection and reflection) in today’s always-connected world, and empowering and advancing women in society.
Since then, and in part thanks to the time I spent reflecting and writing here, I’ve become clearer about my sense of purpose at this time in my life, and I’ve made some intentional changes.
I left a position leading a global business development team for a professional accounting organization, and started a new chapter serving as Chief Development Officer for the Association for Women in Science. I also founded The Confidence Labs to help empower more women with more courage and confidence to step into bigger arenas.
I love the work I’m doing and will also continue to write here as often as I can.
In the meantime, if you’d like to get in touch with me to explore professional collaboration or coaching and speaking opportunities, you can contact me here or connect with me on social media.
All my best,
